Responsibilities of Meat Department Associate:

Prepare different kinds of meat and poultry by cutting, trimming, and slicing based on customer orders and ShopRite guidelines.
Follow guidelines for portioning, wrapping, weighing, and labeling meat products accurately.
Ensure product quality and freshness by rotating inventory regularly and practicing proper food safety procedures.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of meat cutting tools and equipment.
