Warehouse Selector

Job Summary

Join the US Foods Warehouse Team as a Night Warehouse Selector and play a vital role in preparing customer orders with precision and efficiency. This position supports the distribution of foodservice products and contributes to a culture focused on safety, productivity, and teamwork. Flexible full-time night shift schedules are available, including 5-day and 4-day workweeks. Starting pay is $20.03/hr, with potential earnings up to $36.75/hr including incentive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and prepare customer orders while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Operate motorized pallet jacks and other equipment to transport products within the warehouse
• Build and wrap pallets securely to ensure damage-free delivery
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order completion and a clean work environment
• Adhere to shift schedules and complete all required tasks within assigned timeframes

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles such as fitness, construction, or farming preferred
• Experience in large-scale order selection or warehouse distribution preferred
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus
