Here, you will find the fundamental duties and areas where the individual is held responsible:

• Offers superior member service by promptly greeting, helping, and thanking all members in a timely and professional manner. Resolves member concerns courteously and escalates to management when necessary.
• Demonstrates a strong awareness of how to implement merchandise protection procedures and respond promptly to shrink alerts.
• Manages the AP Alert Binder with attention to detail to meet AP standards.
• Follow the BEST (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member) procedures including cross-checking merchandise to member register receipts and verifying high dollar value items. Records register receipt discrepancies and notifies front line to immediately rectify the situation.
• Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery are audited according to the company's prescribed protocols.
• Guarantee the following of repack awareness instructions by reviewing acknowledged repack products.
• Oversee the movement of individuals entering and exiting the club, specifically focusing on member and visitor traffic for security purposes
• Implements approved Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarm response protocols when necessary.
• Maintains a commitment to safety standards for both team members and members.
• Conducts checks on the bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes of team members, employees, and vendors before they exit the building.
• Manages the validation of empty water jug return vouchers submitted by members.
• Observes and follows all club policies and procedures diligently.
• Takes on extra tasks as assigned, such as providing support in various departments as required.
• Regular, anticipated, full attendance is a fundamental aspect of this job.

Qualifications:

• A requirement for this position is proficient interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in elementary mathematics is advantageous.
• Proficiency in operating a smart portable device.
• It is essential to pass through the necessary training and certification procedures.
• Consideration for employment will be given to candidates who have completed a six-month term with the company.
• The minimum age necessary is 18 years old.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• The bulk of one's day is devoted to standing and walking on solid ground.
• The position may require bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools when needed.
• Occasional need to move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Feeling the effects of different temperature levels indoors and outdoors.
