Kroger Beverage Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Beverage Specialist, you will deliver high-quality service and help maintain smooth coffee shop operations. Responsibilities include:

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
• Collaborate with the coffee shop lead and department manager to achieve sales and profit goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies
• Follow established quality assurance standards for beverage operations, culinary offerings, and customer interactions
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and food items
• Work jointly with the deli department and colleagues to elevate customer satisfaction and overall experience
• Ensure product availability and proper presentation by stocking and arranging merchandise
• Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide guidance on products and menu items

• Strong customer service skills with clear and effective communication
• Adherence to company policies, safety measures, and quality standards
• Attention to detail while maintaining cleanliness and organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food service, retail, or coffee shop operations
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
