Pharmacy Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities of Pharmacy Supervisor:

• Provide direct support to patients for their wellness and healthcare needs.
• Monitor pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Ensure adherence to operational criteria, safety protocols, and performance metrics.
• Help optimize medication therapy while managing disease states.
• Administer superior patient-centered care while effectively managing acute and chronic health issues.
• Champion company initiatives that strive to maximize profits and improve service excellence.

Required Skills and Experience of Pharmacy Supervisor:

• A Pharmacy Bachelor's Degree or Pharm.D, or a similar FPGEC (NABP) qualification is a prerequisite.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations by holding a valid pharmacy license in the state(s) where practicing.
• Certified Immunizer preferred.
• Ability to adjust to and manage a diverse array of schedules, spanning days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
