Role and Responsibilities:

As a Stock Clerk at Whole Foods Market, your role is to ensure shelves are consistently stocked, organized, and appealing for customers, while supporting smooth store operations.

• Receive, unpack, and stock products on shelves in an organized and timely manner.
• Rotate stock to maintain product freshness and remove expired or damaged goods.
• Assist customers with locating products and provide helpful information as needed.
• Maintain backroom storage areas in an orderly and safe condition.
• Keep aisles, shelves, and display areas clean, neat, and fully replenished.
• Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and restocking.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store merchandising and operational goals.

Necessary Expertise and Experience:

• Strong customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Ability to lift, move, and stock products safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a stock clerk, grocery associate, or in a retail environment.
