Job Summary of Produce Handling Associate:

Produce Handling Associate are responsible for ordering, stocking, trimming, watering, rotating, and displaying of produce.They are responsible for the case cleanliness and for product freshness and availability.Produce Handling Associate will also assist in the unloading of trucks and any other tasks assigned by management.Produce Handling Associate will answer customer questions regarding produce as well as increase sales by recommending additional items to customers.

Responsibilities of Produce Handling Associate:

• Keep the produce sections tidy, structured, and visually appealing for customers
• Quickly discard items that are damaged, spoiled, or have expired
• Guide customers through the process of selecting produce and offer insight into the products available
• Cooperate with coworkers to align with store regulations
• Responding considerately to customer queries and working to resolve any issues they may encounter
