Kroger is seeking a Starbucks Worker to provide outstanding customer service and support daily operations within our coffee shop. In this role, you will assist the coffee shop lead and department manager in achieving sales and profit goals, while ensuring quality assurance standards are consistently met. By creating a welcoming and engaging environment for customers and working closely with the deli department, you will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Starbucks Worker, you will deliver high-quality service and help maintain smooth coffee shop operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Create an outstanding customer experience by providing friendly, efficient service.
• Assist the coffee shop lead and department manager in reaching sales and profit goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Follow established quality assurance standards for beverages, food, and service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, and food items to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the deli department and other team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock and merchandise products to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations on products and menu items.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift products as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service, retail, or coffee shop operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
