Role and Responsibilities:

As a Fuel Sales Associate, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service at the fuel center while supporting daily operations. You will handle cash register transactions, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure compliance with regulations to create a positive experience for every customer.

• Assist customers promptly and politely at the fuel center.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel center, including the sales area and fueling stations.
• Retrieve goods, restock merchandise, and keep displays orderly and accessible.
• Write comprehensive incident and security reports as required.
• Keep detailed documentation to ensure compliance with fuel center regulations.
• Practice safety standards and protocols to protect customers and employees.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in customer service and effective communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills and precision in cash handling.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical duties when necessary.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing reports and documentation.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, fuel center, or cashier roles.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards relevant to fuel and retail sectors.
