As a rapidly expanding natural foods supermarket, we are seeking team members who have a keen eye for detail and are enthusiastic about guiding our customers towards making healthier decisions through enjoyable shopping encounters.

Responsibilities of Store Shopper:

• Work in-store to shop and fulfill customers online orders using a mobile device equipped with the Instacart Shopper App
• Improve customer service by concentrating on the excellence of products, their freshness, and providing substitutions for any products that may be unavailable
• Clearly express any necessary adjustments to an order
• Complete purchase transactions using the point-of-sale system located in the store
• Play the role of an internet advocate for the store, offering information on order dispatch, navigating the Instacart platform, and the advantages associated with using the service
• Assisting in diverse sections of the store, like restocking shelves, refilling the frozen food areas, and participating in maintaining the store's cleanliness and overall look.

Qualifications of Store Shopper:

• Individuals must meet the requirement of being 21 years or older and having completed high school or its equivalent
• Demonstrate an extroverted and amiable attitude, possessing a constructive outlook and the skill to engage positively with our client base.
• Demonstrate adept communication skills and the capacity to follow directions while contributing positively to a team setting.
• Capability to operate front-end equipment, including registers, calculators, and scanners.
• Must be capable of maintaining standing, walking, and bending positions throughout the entire workday
• Proficient in moving a utility cart that weighs 20 pounds using a force of up to 35 pounds over a distance of up to 20 feet within a time frame of 2 hours.
• The job necessitates the ability to walk a maximum of 3 miles within an 8-hour timeframe
• Undertake supplementary duties as instructed
