Job Summary of Front End Associate:

This role entails supporting the online pickup service by precisely selecting customer orders and transporting them curbside. It requires careful attention to detail, effectiveness, and a commitment to enhancing the customer's shopping journey. The primary aim is to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for customers who opt for online shopping with in-store pickup.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front End Associate:

• Gather items for customers' orders following the provided lists and details.
• Confirm the precision, quality, and correct handling of perishable and non-perishable merchandise.
• Deliver finished orders to the assigned pickup spot in a secure maer and provide support in loading goods into customer vehicles.
• Foster transparent and concise communication among team members and clients to streamline the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to all food safety and company regulations.
• Offer help with extra store tasks during slower periods.

Qualifications and Experience of Front End Associate:

• Experience in retail or order fulfillment is favored but not a compulsory requirement.
• Vigilant about details and devoted to ensuring customer happiness.
• Capability in the safe transportation of grocery items.
• Skillful in expressing ideas clearly and a dedication to fostering a collaborative environment.
