Role and Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience while managing pharmacy operations and supervising pharmacy technicians. You will lead your team to meet sales goals, maintain compliance standards, and create a safe environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to lead and motivate pharmacy staff.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales performance and operational goals.
• Experience maintaining quality and safety standards in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of pharmacy compliance requirements and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with Kroger's Customer 1st strategy and operational systems.
