• Pick the best items for processing online customer orders
• Procure adequate substitutes for goods that are not currently accessible
• Provide assistance to in-store clients by responding to their inquiries and supporting them in making buying choices
• Work with other teams to bolster operations during slower online order periods
• Establish a well-maintained, hazard-free, and orderly work environment for all
