Produce Stocking Associate

Job Summary of Produce Stocking Associate:

Produce Stocking Associate are responsible for ordering, stocking, trimming, watering, rotating, and displaying of produce.They are responsible for the case cleanliness and for product freshness and availability.Produce Stocking Associate will also assist in the unloading of trucks and any other tasks assigned by management.Produce Stocking Associate will answer customer questions regarding produce as well as increase sales by recommending additional items to customers.

Responsibilities of Produce Stocking Associate:

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual attractiveness of the produce presentations
• Efficiently remove any items that have expired, been damaged, or spoiled
• Help customers with their produce choices and educate them about the products on offer
• Coordinate with team members to fulfill store requirements
• Politely engaging with customers to address their questions and alleviate any concerns they express
