Role and Responsibilities:

As a Bakery Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service and assist with daily bakery operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Offer exceptional customer assistance by greeting and aiding customers with queries about bakery items
• Collaborate with the department manager to attain sales and profitability goals
• Maintain visually appealing bakery displays by stocking, rearranging, and rotating products to ensure freshness
• Prepare, package, and label bakery items according to company regulations
• Follow quality assurance, food safety, and sanitation standards rigorously
• Monitor product freshness and remove items that do not meet company quality standards
• Assist with inventory management, procurement, and merchandise display arrangements under supervision
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company guidelines

• Previous experience in bakery, deli, or food service roles

• Ability to communicate bilingually or multilingually
