Role and Responsibilities:

As a Deli Associate, you will provide exceptional service while preparing and serving a variety of deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and hot case items. You will use a variety of tools and equipment while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction every day.

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers with deli product selections.
• Prepare, slice, weigh, and package deli meats, cheeses, salads, and other specialty items.
• Operate deli equipment, including slicers, food scales, ovens, fryers, and cash registers.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards within the department.
• Ensure products are fresh, stocked, and attractively displayed for customers.
• Create memorable shopping experiences by guiding and inspiring guests with a customer-first approach.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pride in completing work to a high standard, big or small.
