Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will support store operations by fulfilling online customer orders while adhering to Whole Foods Market's service and quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare and assemble customer grocery orders diligently and accurately.
• Ensure that products meet Whole Foods Market quality standards prior to packaging.
• Assist in the timely and efficient processing of Prime Now customer deliveries.
• Provide exceptional service to customers throughout the entire shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals and maintain operational efficiency.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Help maintain organized inventory and stock areas as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 16 years or older.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks.
• Basic computer literacy for using store systems and order platforms.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or fulfillment roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with online grocery ordering systems and packaging standards.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated or cold storage areas.

Work Schedule and Employment Type:

• Part-time position, up to 24 hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling including potential weekend shifts.
• Shift times may vary based on store and delivery demand.
