Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cafe Server:

• Follow member instructions precisely when preparing and delivering food orders while ensuring a hygienic and secure workplace.
• It is essential to guarantee that all food items adhere to quality and safety regulations, encompassing temperature management, expiry dates, and appropriate handling methods.
• Work together with colleagues to oversee inventory levels and guarantee a consistent supply of perishable goods in the cafeteria.
• Support individuals by responding to inquiries, accepting requests, and handling any issues or specific needs.
• Follow safety procedures while operating and cleaning kitchen appliances such as ovens, fryers, and grills.
• Keep track of inventory levels and oversee inventory control to ensure a consistent supply of fresh ingredients and reduce excess wastage.
• Help ensure that the café space is neat, hygienic, and inviting for both patrons and colleagues to enjoy.

Qualifications and Experience of Cafe Server:

• Individuals must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Experience in the food service industry is advantageous but not obligatory.
• Having a Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is advantageous.
• Capable of remaining upright for extended durations and carrying loads of up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Proficient in delivering outstanding customer support and accustomed to operating efficiently in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Maintaining meticulous attention to detail, specifically emphasizing food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Salary:

The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 and can vary depending on the level of experience.
