Responsibilities of Customer Service Team Manager:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly greeting customers within a 10-foot distance, responding to queries effectively, and assisting cashiers in a timely fashion.
- Minimize customer wait times by opening new registers as soon as there are three or more individuals in line.
- Arrange and uphold practical work timetables for front-facing staff members that cater to the demands of business capacity and customer footfall.
- Support sales transactions within the framework of company policies, covering Accounts Receivable, Food Stamps, WIC, coupons, checks, gift certificates, and gift cards.
- Oversee the execution of Western Union and Money Order transactions.
- Keep store management informed about pricing irregularities, problems with registers or scales, and any discrepancies in the POS files related to missing items.
- Address refunds, overpayments, permissions, verification of checks, cash retrievals, and requests for changes in money denominations, as required.
- Enforce the company's dress guidelines and monitor break durations based on federal and corporate directives.
- Maintain a rule that restricts employees from consuming food or drinks near the registers and promptly deal with perishable items that are returned for restocking.
- Only use the override key in alignment with the rules and regulations set forth by the company.
Requirements of Customer Service Team Manager:
