Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting administrative functions in the club. Participates in the hiring process as assigned, facilitates team member orientation and benefit enrollment, maintains HR records, supports team member communication, manages scheduling processes, and ensures accurate club payroll.

Club Standards:

  • Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily.

  • Maintain a clean and organized club, inside and out.

Know Your Business:

  • Understand how to access and read production and financial performance reports.
  • Recognize the impact of consistent execution on business results.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

  • Participate in weekly CoE meetings and coordinate second interviews.
  • Conduct new team member orientation and facilitate training.
  • Manage comprehensive scheduling for hourly team members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely weekly payroll processing.
  • Maintain performance management and disciplinary documentation.
  • Administer all personnel paperwork including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
  • Support talent acquisition and community recruiting efforts.
  • Conduct benefit orientations and support open enrollment.
  • Process LOAs and workers’ compensation in coordination with vendors.
  • Maintain personnel and medical files confidentially.
  • Support team member relations and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure HR compliance postings are current.
  • Maintain HR communication boards and complete HR self-audits.
  • Support recognition and engagement events.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain club policies and procedures.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior HR, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Job Conditions:

  • Frequent movement on hard surfaces
  • Occasional bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching
  • Frequent computer use
  • May lift up to 30 pounds with assistance
  • Indoor environment with occasional noise and temperature variation
