Responsibilities of Cash Controller:

• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.

• Complete transactions, handle money in all forms responsibly and maintain accuracy of point of sale purchases.
• Use good eye contact and body language, displaying a friendly and outgoing attitude.

Qualifications of Cash Controller:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Capable of effective listening and clear communication, whether in face-to-face discussions or virtual communications.
• Readiness for learning opportunities or familiarity with job-specific technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot skillfully and a readiness to address issues when they arise.
• A wish to engage with clients.
• Although previous experience in retail or customer service is valued, it is not compulsory.
