• Monitor and uphold standards of quality assurance for each item of produce.
• Implement strategies to create a departmental space that is both secure and pleasant, fostering positive customer experiences.
• Display and switch around fresh produce stock systematically to guarantee peak freshness and visual appeal.
• Create customer engagement through product expertise, addressing inquiries, and providing recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, sanitation protocols, and food safety regulations.
• Back the Customer 1st initiative and inspire associates to deliver top-notch service.

• Skill set encompassing bilingual or multilingual communication.
