Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, friendly service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
• Suggest products when appropriate to improve the customer experience.
• Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and accurate date control.
• Use supplies efficiently to minimize waste and manage costs responsibly.
• Safely and properly operate department equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report hazards or equipment concerns immediately.
• Notify management of theft, shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns, or other policy violations.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of following verbal and written instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain authorization.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening.
