Responsibilities of Produce Sales Clerk:

• Offer assistance and guidance to customers in locating and choosing products.
• Follow established guidelines while performing allocated stocking, discarding, and alternating tasks.
• Carry out tasks in accordance with standards and quality objectives for the packaging, slicing, wrapping, and scaling of products.
• Carry out assigned cleaning duties to ensure sanitation standards and food safety protocols are followed.
• Product quality excellence is essential in supporting department goals and aims.
• Adhere to the productivity benchmarks prescribed in the Management Planning documentation.
• Enhance comprehension of different offerings within the produce aisle.
• Encourage positive customer feedback by delivering friendly, helpful, and attentive assistance.
• Participate in training sessions for new associates according to the assignment.
• Follow instructions from management to perform additional duties and tasks.
