As a Customer Support Associate, your role involves offering pleasant and effective assistance to customers, addressing their queries, handling transactions, and guaranteeing a satisfactory shopping encounter. Moreover, you contribute to upholding a tidy and well-arranged workspace while aiding colleagues in their routine tasks and operations.

Responsibilities of Customer Support Associate:

• Deliver exceptional and approachable customer support.
• Adhere to and comply with all rules and regulations in place within the organization.
• Ensure that the check-out counters are cleaned every day and help with quickly addressing any spills or items that have been broken.
• Adhere to a tidy and well-kempt personal presentation consistently and comply with the organization's guidelines on personal appearance.
• Support in specialized initiatives and carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
• Adhere to the established management planning protocol to uphold operational efficiency in our organization.
• Adhere to all established safety protocols within the company. Report any required equipment fixes or upkeep promptly. Maintain a clean workspace and eliminate any potential safety risks.
• All employees should be treated equitably, with honor and courtesy.
• Conduct precise assessment of pricing.
• Manage the frequency of store supply consumption, like ribbons, receipt paper, bags, and cleaning items.
• Perform floor sweeping tasks while the store is open and support with additional maintenance responsibilities like tidying up break areas and lavatories as directed.
• Help quickly clean up spills and broken glass or plastic containers to remove any dangers and reduce the risk of accidents.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols by remaining vigilant and mindful of customers' activities and conduct.
• Notify the manager or security of any unusual conduct taking place.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization both indoors and outdoors of the shop.
• Arrange refillable containers in accordance with supplier guidelines.
• Fulfill any additional tasks as required.
• Welcome and assist every client with timely and polite support.
• Follow company guidelines when packing goods into bags or containers.
• Prioritize the return of items back to their original shelf locations, particularly focusing on perishable and refrigerated products.
• Collect shopping carts and transport them to specified collection zones and pickup locations.
• Follow the company's protocols to ensure carryout service is executed correctly.
• Enter bottles into the system to accurately track and process returns, ensuring customers receive precise assistance with their transactions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations when using the bottle crushing machinery.
• Being capable of fulfilling the physical demands of the job, whether or not adjustments are made.

Qualifications of Customer Support Associate:

Physical Requirements of Customer Support Associate:

• Use hands frequently/continuously , grasping, reaching and hand/arm motions while standing the majority of the shift.
• Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 pounds continuously, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds on occasion.
• Push or pull up to 75 pounds on occasion.
• Be able to handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning materials, packaging materials, fresh fruits, vegetables, house plants/flowers and household cleaners.
• Work in and out of inclement weather when necessary
• Gather up to five shopping carts and push them to designated areas.
• BOTTLES where applicable:Move empty bottles and containers from the front end to the back room.
