Role and Responsibilities:

As a PIT Certified Operator / Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in order fulfillment and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy while maintaining high standards of quality and sanitation.

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including sit-down forklifts.
• Follow all operating procedures, company policies, GMPs, and safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to 6S workplace practices.
• Fill customer orders (both external and retail stores) at 100% accuracy.
• Manage First In First Out (FIFO) processes for finished goods.
• Assist with palletizing and back dock operations.
• Complete accurate written documentation with clear penmanship.
• Perform basic math with accuracy for order picking and verification.
• Support team goals while also working independently when required.
• Assist with special SMAC or PC tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Adapt to schedule changes based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• Certified PIT (sit-down forklift) operator with safe operating experience.
• Ability to work in cold environments, including refrigerated/freezer areas.
• Strong attention to safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Clear written communication and accurate recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Strong physical ability to lift, stack, and maneuver objects as required.
