Dairy Stock Clerk

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Dairy Stock Clerk, you will ensure that dairy products are well-stocked, fresh, and presented neatly. Your efforts will enhance the shopping experience by maintaining a safe and orderly department.

• Stock and organize dairy products on shelves and displays efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and remove any expired or damaged items promptly.
• Assist customers in finding dairy products and answer their questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of refrigerators, freezers, and the dairy area.
• Follow all company policies for product handling, sanitation, and safety.
• Collaborate with other department clerks and store associates to support overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and restock products as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to safely lift and move dairy products (up to 50 lbs as needed).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in refrigerated conditions.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or grocery settings is a plus but not required.
