Responsibilities of Deli Shift Manager:

• Meeting visitors and actively aiding them in a courteous way by offering precise and prompt guidance
• Offering suggestions and meeting demands
• Controlling order guides and timelines for placing orders is vital for minimizing waste and spoilage
• Adhering to rotation standards while replenishing goods ensures proper reception and stocking of items as per required guidelines
• Guide teams in managing, cutting, and preparing a range of meats, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions (CMS) during daily operations
• Train and guide team members both on the job and using The Fresh Market's internal training system to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered in a secure and safe manner

Qualifications of Deli Shift Manager:

• More than three years of hands-on experience in a customer service position
• More than a year of experience in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• The individual must have reached the age of 18
