Job Summary of Deli Crew Member:

As a Deli Crew Member, you will help clients have a great shopping experience by assisting them, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store clean and friendly. Our purpose is to make everyday eating extraordinary for our customers, and we are looking for a Deli Crew Member who will commit to helping us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities of Deli Crew Member:

• Coordinating the ordering of produce items with the Produce-Floral Manager
• Greeting guests and proactively assisting them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely information
• Making recommendations and accommodating requests
• Managing order guides/ordering deadlines/reducing shrink/damage
• Properly receiving/stocking of goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels
• As needed, assist the Assistant Floral Manager within the floral department
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job as well as through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

Qualifications of Deli Crew Member:

• A mandatory age restriction of 18 years and above is in place for customers using the Deli services
