Fuel Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Fuel Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing fuel information to meet critical deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Process fuel information to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
• Ensure all fuel deliveries, sales, and ending inventory data are accurately received and corrected at the store level
• Monitor fuel shrink and conduct detailed research and problem-solving to maintain compliance with guidelines
• Process supplier and carrier invoices and research vendor statements
• Maintain liability reports for division and stores
• Demonstrate Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and process large volumes of data accurately
• Experience in invoice processing and vendor statement research
• Commitment to maintaining safety and integrity in all tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with fuel operations or inventory management systems
• Familiarity with corporate reporting standards and compliance
