Job Summary of Associate Guest Relations Manager:
As our Associate Guest Relations Manager, you are assisting the Guest Service Manager with managing the guest flow and service provided at the front-end of the store, where the guest has the last store experience, to provide excellent service and deliver results. Responsibilities of Associate Guest Relations Manager:
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to front-end and cash office procedures and controls, encompassing oversight of cash operations, key procedures, and safe protocols
- Direct the front-end guest flow management to optimize operations and guarantee an exceptional shopping experience consistently
- Direct the guest service team to follow the established schedule for maintaining sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and in the guest restrooms
- Effectively managing order guides and meeting ordering deadlines can lead to a reduction in product waste and damage
- Enhance team members' skills and performance by engaging, motivating, coaching, and training them on-the-job and through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to provide excellent guest service with a focus on safety and security
Qualifications of Associate Guest Relations Manager:
- 3 plus years of experience in a guest service role
- 1 plus years of leadership experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years of age
