Role and Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Aide, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer experience while managing pharmacy operations and supervising pharmacy technicians. You will lead your team to meet sales goals, maintain compliance standards, and create a safe environment that encourages customer loyalty.

• Achieve exceptional customer retention rates through the adoption of a Customer 1st mindset.
• Guide and inspire associates to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
• Foster a safe and tidy pharmacy setting for staff and customers.
• Reach sales and profit milestones within the department.
• Direct budgeting and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Coordinate technician shifts to cater to the business's needs.
• Observing and evaluating the operations, obligations, and tasks within each department.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading and motivating pharmacy employees.
• Skilled in providing exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate sales performance and operational targets effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a healthcare setting through practical implementation.
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations regarding pharmacy compliance is indispensable.
