Job Summary of Retail Stock Associate:

This role responsible for ensuring an organized, fully stocked, and clean store environment while delivering excellent guest service. This role supports store operations by maintaining product displays, handling inventory, and assisting with backroom United Supermarkets.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stock Associate:

• Organize merchandise on shelves and maintain attractive product displays to entice customers and enhance the shopping experience.
• Unpack deliveries, categorize inventory, and arrange products in an orderly manner in the backroom as well as on the shop floor.
• Execute everyday housekeeping tasks like cleaning, dusting, and addressing spills as needed.
• Help with inventory control and ensuring the appropriate rotation of items in stock.
• Deliver welcoming and helpful service to patrons, addressing inquiries and assisting with product discovery.
• Fulfill further obligations as required by management to contribute to the efficient functioning of the store.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Stock Associate:

• Candidates with a high school diploma or GED are encouraged to apply.
• While prior retail or grocery experience is advantageous, it is not compulsory.
• Skill in lifting, shifting, and conveying merchandise securely (up to 40 pounds).
• Remarkable detail-oriented approach and adept United Supermarketsal competencies.
• Ability to remain standing and move around continuously for extended shifts.
• Emphasizes teamwork and excels in interpersonal communication.
