Responsibilities of Food Production Staff:

• Direct the manufacturing process for vital products needed in supporting Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce areas
• Maintain familiarity with the store's products and weekly ad items, collaborating across departments to help customers find products and create meal ideas
• Ensure that our store items are in optimal condition for our customers by inspecting them for proper rotation, hygiene, and sanitation measures, and completing any requisite reports
• Comply with the standards, policies, and protocols established by The Fresh Market
• Demonstrate professionalism through the adherence to uniform requirements
