As a Grocery Bagger at Winn-Dixie, your primary responsibility is to contribute to a pleasant shopping environment for customers by warmly welcoming, aiding, and expressing gratitude to them while efficiently packing their items to maintain their integrity. Responsibilities of Grocery Bagger:

• Pay close and unwavering regard to the requirements of customers.
• Welcome, aid, and express gratitude to clients in a pleasant and polite way.
• Safeguard the customer's items by packaging them effectively to avoid any potential harm during transportation.
• Transport or move groceries in a shopping cart to the customer's vehicle.
• Verify the cost of goods in every section.
• Report to higher-ups about staff stealing, customers stealing items, not properly reducing prices, damaging company assets, or any behavior that breaks the law or goes against company rules.
• Carry out any additional tasks as required by the job.

Qualifications of Grocery Bagger:

• Meet legal and company policy age requirements to perform job functions.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• High standard of integrity and reliability.
