Job Summary of Security Team Member:

The main objective is to protect and secure the assets of the store, its employees, and the customers. Responsibilities include implementing security tactics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preventing losses through proactive measures. This position requires a strong level of awareness, teamwork, and dedication to establishing a safe shopping environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Security Team Member:

• Install and maintain strategies for protecting assets to diminish shrinkage and ensure the safety of all.
• Observing store activity is key in uncovering and resolving issues such as theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Help conduct investigations into losses from both internal and external sources.
• Support store teams in their adherence to safety protocols and operational standards through active collaboration.
• Demonstrate a conspicuous presence to discourage potential security threats or suspicious behavior.
• Respond immediately to critical events and align efforts with law enforcement when necessary.
• Familiarize employees with safety protocols and theft prevention techniques through training sessions.
• Maintain precise documentation of incidents and ensure the appropriate upkeep of security reports as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Security Team Member:

• It is preferred that applicants have prior experience in security, loss prevention, or a related industry.
• Exceptional talent in observation paired with adeptness in addressing problems creatively.
• Aptitude for working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
• Superb abilities in interacting and communicating with others.

• Opeess to working varied hours, which could encompass weekends and holidays.
