Responsibilities of Seasonal Customer Support Associate:

• Your role encompasses customer interaction and creating a pleasant and memorable shopping experience for our clientele
• Demonstrate your love and understanding for our merchandise as you assist customers in uncovering the perfect find.
• Process payments for customers who have chosen the buy online pick up in-store option and guide them through the pickup process.
• Uphold expectations for merchandising, pricing, signing, and restocking activities on the sales floor.
• Take part in processing freight and unloading trucks as necessary.
• Contribute to the safety measures in the shopping environment.

Qualifications of Seasonal Customer Support Associate:
