Job Requirements:

• Candidates with a beginner to 6-month experience level are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in operating electric pallet jacks is beneficial
• Individuals without a high school diploma can still pursue this educational path
• Mandate for lifting objects: Cap set at 100 pounds
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years

Job Responsibilities:

• The capability to tally is indispensable.
• Employ a voice-controlled warehouse management system to accurately identify products by linking slot numbers with the appropriate product descriptions.
• Handle cases weighing up to 100 lbs by moving them from pick slots to pallets and lifting them using techniques suitable for ground level, shoulder level, and overhead positions.
• Maintain and adhere to specified levels of productivity consistently.
• Organize sturdy and well-balanced arrangements of pallet loads by incorporating different sizes and weights of cases to ensure safe shipping without any harm.
• Wrap and stage finalized pallets of selected product in the appropriate shipping lanes for efficient loading operations.
• Establish clear lines of communication with supervisors regarding safety protocols, equipment conditions, damaged goods, and potential problems.
• Demonstrate the capability to adjust your schedule and availability for work hours and shifts to fulfill the company's production demands.
• Follow all company regulations, guidelines, and safety policies, ensuring the proper usage of equipment and assisting in maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
• Observe the necessary protocols to ensure the safety of food.
• Handle different tasks in the warehouse as assigned and required.
