Your duties will include warmly welcoming, aiding, and thanking patrons, providing recommendations on products, and ensuring the freshness and proper stocking of all produce items. Safely operating department equipment, keeping a tidy and systematic work area, and adhering to the company's quality and safety protocols are also part of the role. Responsibilities of Produce Handler:

• Offer continuous support to customers by promptly and courteously acknowledging, helping, and appreciating them.
• Suggest appropriate items to customers that cater to their specific needs.
• Rotate and replenish produce items to uphold their quality standards and freshness
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of tools and equipment specific to the department.
• Maintain a neat and safe working environment by decluttering and organizing the area.
• Ensure that any cases of team member theft, customer shoplifting, illegitimate discounts, property damage, or any breaches of company policies are promptly communicated to management.
• Undertake any other assigned job-related tasks.

Qualifications of Produce Handler:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
