Job Summary of Deli Floor Manager:

As our Deli Floor Manager, you are assisting the Deli and Custom Meal Solutions Manager with managing department inventory, pricing integrity, training, and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency, effectiveness, and a passion for excellence to drive results while curating an impeccable experience for our guests and team members.Our mission is to make everyday eating extraordinary for our guests, and we are looking for a new team member who will commit to helping us deliver on this mission.

Responsibilities of Deli Floor Manager:

• Welcoming and assisting guests enthusiastically by providing friendly and timely information with a proactive approach
• Offering advice and meeting requests
• Supervising order guides and adhering to ordering timelines are key practices in reducing waste and minimizing product spoilage
• Implementing rotation standards during the replenishment of goods is essential for proper reception and stocking procedures
• Provide guidance to employees on how to handle, slice, and prepare different types of meat, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions (CMS) as part of their daily responsibilities
• Encourage, inspire, mentor, and train team members during their shifts and via The Fresh Market's training system to provide excellent customer service in a safe and reliable manner

Qualifications of Deli Floor Manager:

• 3 plus years of experience in a guest service role
• 1 plus years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age
