Role and Responsibilities of Inventory Stock Associate:

Taking on the role of a Inventory Stock Associate involves maintaining an organized and friendly shopping ambiance by continuously restocking, tidying, and sanitizing shelves. You may also be asked to help out with cashier or checker responsibilities from time to time.

• Keep the store looking clean and fully stocked by arranging merchandise on shelves during the night shift hours.
• Employ safety measures when utilizing authorized tools like box cutters, pallet jacks, forklifts, and compactors.
• Preserve the cleanliness and organization of the store throughout your scheduled hours.
• Ensure that products are accurately stocked and rotated to keep them fresh.
• Provide a welcoming and supportive customer service experience when necessary.
• Support customers with their purchases by working as a cashier/checker during checkout operations.

Required Skills and Experience of Inventory Stock Associate:

• Participants must have celebrated their 18th birthday to qualify.
• Capacity to function effectively in varied environments, including freezer, refrigerator, and sales floor.
• Capable of handling the demands of a high-energy, fast-paced role that involves being on your feet.
• Precise attention to detail with a sense of achievement in finishing tasks of varying magnitudes.
