Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, timely service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
• Offer product recommendations when appropriate to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock and rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and accurate date control.
• Use supplies responsibly to minimize waste and effectively manage costs.
• Operate department equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; promptly report hazards or equipment issues to management.
• Notify management of theft, shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns, or other policy violations.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by store leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Capable of following both written and verbal instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain authorization.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening.
