Job Description:

Warehouse Stockers are responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient selection of damage free product. You will help fill our stores' orders, meet delivery schedules, and promote customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• No prior work experience necessary: 0 to 6 months preferred
• Familiarity with using electric pallet jacks is advantageous
• Individuals without a high school diploma can still pursue this educational path
• Requirement for lifting: Not exceeding 100 pounds
• At least 18 years of age is the stipulated age requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• The ability to count accurately and efficiently is essential.
• Ensure accurate product selection by utilizing a voice-operated warehouse management system to align slot numbers with the correct product descriptions.
• Transfer containers up to 100 pounds in weight from designated areas to pallets, making sure to lift them from various positions including ground, shoulder, and overhead levels.
• Maintain and adhere to specified levels of productivity consistently.
• Formulate secure and well-proportioned pallet arrangements using cases of diverse sizes and weights to prevent any shipping-related damages.
• Wrap and arrange finalized pallets of selected merchandise in the suitable shipping lanes for loading purposes.
• Consistently update supervisors on safety protocols, equipment status, damaged items, and any concerns that may arise.
• Be prepared to adjust your availability and work hours as needed to align with the organization's production schedule and demands.
• Comply with all corporate policies, procedures, and safety protocols, which involve operating equipment safely and assisting in the upkeep of a tidy and secure work environment.
• Follow the correct protocols to maintain food safety standards.
• Carry out additional tasks in the warehouse as required and delegated.
