Job Description:

Fulfillment Specialists are responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient selection of damage free product. You will help fill our stores' orders, meet delivery schedules, and promote customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 0-6 months of experience are ideal for this opportunity
• Background working with electric pallet jacks is advantageous
• Participants are not obligated to have a high school diploma for this educational option
• Mandate for lifting loads: Maximum of 100 pounds
• The age prerequisite states that individuals must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities:

• Being adept at numeration is crucial.
• Use a voice-activated system in the warehouse to accurately select products by associating slot numbers with product descriptions effectively.
• Handle cases weighing up to 100 lbs by moving them from pick slots to pallets and lifting them using techniques suitable for ground level, shoulder level, and overhead positions.
• Meet and uphold productivity standards that are in place.
• Formulate secure and well-proportioned pallet arrangements using cases of diverse sizes and weights to prevent any shipping-related damages.
• Apply shrink-wrap to encase and place completed pallets of preferred goods in the correct shipping areas for loading preparation.
• Provide supervisors with regular updates on safety issues, equipment maintenance, damaged goods, and any challenges that arise.
• Show readiness to work different times, shifts, and overtime as required to meet the organization's production needs and requirements.
• Follow all company regulations, guidelines, and safety policies, ensuring the proper usage of equipment and assisting in maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
• Comply with the established procedures for food safety.
• Accomplish various duties within the warehouse as assigned and necessary.
