Certified Pharmacy Technician

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will provide support to customers, pharmacists, and pharmacy clerks both in person and over the phone. You will also play a key role in ensuring prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently while supporting the overall operation of the pharmacy.

• Assist customers and doctors with prescription needs and inquiries.
• Support pharmacists in filling prescriptions accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with pharmacy clerks and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide friendly and welcoming service to every customer.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed based on store requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician license or equivalent as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills for assisting customers, doctors, and team members.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a retail pharmacy or healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and prescription processes.

Compensation and Benefits:
