Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Security Associate:

• Establish and uphold tactics to protect assets in order to decrease shrinkage and ensure the safety of individuals.
• Monitor store activities for the purpose of identifying and resolving theft, fraud, and violations of regulations.
• Aid in examining both internal and external losses through investigative processes.
• Partner with store teams to ensure they are following safety protocols and operational norms.
• Be visibly present to prevent potential security threats or suspicious actions.
• Be swift in addressing crises and cooperate with police as required.
• Provide training to staff regarding safety measures and strategies for preventing theft.
• Ensure precise documentation of incidents and adhere to the maintenance of security reports as directed.
