Job Summary of Courtesy Store Staff:

As a Courtesy Store Staff, you will be a customer service ambassador. While properly handling and bagging shoppers groceries, youll be focused on delivering extraordinary customer service.Whether youre helping someone find a product in the store, gathering carts from the outdoors, or sweeping or picking up a spill, you are the face of Sprouts to our customers.We look for a friendly and outgoing attitude in addition to an understanding of what it means to be on a team and its positive impacts.Many team members start their careers in this role and are promoted to other positions throughout the store in one of our many departments.If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements of Courtesy Store Staff:

• Being 16 years old is the minimum threshold for eligibility
• Dependable and reliable
• Portray a friendly and approachable attitude when engaging with others
• Cultivating a positive attitude and the skill to communicate effectively with our customers is necessary
• Exhibit the proficiency to manage a flexible work schedule that adapts to the evolving requirements of the organization
• Follow all protocols specific to the Front End operations and engage in teamwork with colleagues from various departments within the store
