In the role of a Courtesy Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to represent the epitome of customer service excellence.Your duties will involve efficiently handling and bagging customers' groceries while placing a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.Whether you are aiding customers in finding products in the store, collecting carts from the outside areas, or maintaining cleanliness by sweeping and attending to spills, you embody Sprouts' image to our clientele. We are seeking individuals with a friendly and sociable attitude, alongside a comprehension of the significance of teamwork and its positive repercussions.Many team members have commenced their careers in this role and advanced to other positions within the store's multitude of departments.If you thrive in a high-energy environment, we encourage you to get in touch.

Requirements of Courtesy Team Member:

• To be eligible, one must be at least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Project an open and genial vibe in your interactions with others
• Maintaining a proactive mindset and having the skill to engage with our customers is important
• Demonstrate the competency to handle a flexible work schedule that aligns with the shifting demands of the business
• Abide by the Front End protocols and foster teamwork by actively participating with other Team Members in the store
