Role and Responsibilities of Patient Care Pharmacist:

• Provide hands-on support for patients to improve their health and overall well-being.
• Direct pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Comply with operational protocols, safety standards, and performance metrics.
• Assist in the handling of medical conditions and refining medication management.
• Offer exceptional patient-centered care for both sudden and persistent health conditions.
• Advocate for company programs that aim to improve both financial performance and customer service.

Required Skills and Experience of Patient Care Pharmacist:

• Having a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or an equivalent FPGEC (NABP) qualification is mandatory.
• Maintaining an up-to-date pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with a clear standing in all professional licenses.
• Certified Immunizer preferred.
• Aptitude for adapting to various shifts, such as daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday rotations.

Preferred Qualifications of Patient Care Pharmacist:

• Effective communication capabilities and the skill to cultivate valuable patient relationships.
• Firm dedication to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and the overall well-being of employees.
• Experience with immunization services involves the active participation in administering vaccines to patients.
