Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be enthusiastic about the exceptional products offered at Wegmans.
• Share your passion for food with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Brighten customers' days and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Work as part of an energetic team where everyone enjoys doing what they love.
• Perform various tasks depending on the area of the store, including cashiering, stocking, custodial duties, dishwashing, and customer service in departments like Pizza, Sub Shop, Sushi, Produce, Bakery, Meat/Seafood, Deli, Cheese, and more.

Qualifications and Experience:

• No specific qualifications required; we welcome individuals with a passion for food and customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required.
